  Busy Costa, not always with the type of clientele that you may prefer.
  
  We always find the staff here pleasant & courteous, and the service is usually fairly fast.
  
  Coffee & food is the usual high Costa standard.
  
  However, being in the Colwyn Bay shopping centre, it does have the tendency to be very busy after school (with lots of kids deciding to meet here). It also attracts some 'colourful' characters from the Colwyn Bay area, so don't be perturbed if you meet a few oddballs here!

  Over priced for coffee that i could make so much better at home! They charge the price of a jar of coffee for a small cup of disappoint. Rip off

  It is a chain experience of course but as such standards and quality are reliable. Staff always friendly, good atmosphere, great coffee - a little on the pricy side but compares with similar chains. I would always recommend and I always enjoy Costa
