  Order took 30 mins to arrive. When it did, the toppings were missing on one half of one of the pizzas.
  
  Called up, and they said they'd remake one and send it out with free ice cream.
  
  After 50 minutes, it arrived, but there was no ice cream.
  
  I asked the delivery driver 'was there any ice cream with that? I was told that I'd get some'. The driver said 'I'll go and ring the store'. He then got in the car, and without going near a phone, turned the engine on and sped off at a dangerous speed.
  
  I called the store again, and they said that they'd give me a £20 refund and send some ice cream, which I got within 15 minutes.
  
  Highly dissatisfied. Worst takeout experience I've ever had.

  Pizzas are average but massively overpriced. The delivery drivers are a bunch of reckless idiots who speed down the pedestrianised zone in the centre Colwyn Bay and will one day cause a serious accident. The store managers need to get shot and hire new delivery drivers who are capable of actually reading and understanding road signs, are willing to obey the law and understand at least the basics of road safety.

  The Grande Italiano Deal £24.99 online meant to be TWO PIZZAS AND THREE SIDES... Only two pizzas came, NO SIDES refused to give us the sides when I rang up, complete disgusting customer services I mentioned that one one would order the two pizzas for 24.99 without the sides and I was going into hospital tomorrow and this was meant to be a treat as got to be NIL by mouth! Never going to order from them again complete con!
